Home Equity Loans

We offer two types of home equity loans for your convenience

• Home Equity Line offers check writing capability and allows you to borrow for up to ten years on a pre-established loan amount. This loan is “revolving” which allows you to borrow as you need it.
• Closed-End Home Equity Loan (also known as a 2nd mortgage) with terms of either 5, 10 or 15 years. You choose the term.

Minimum loan is $10,000. Up to 90% loan-to-value ratio available.
