Home Equity Line of Credit

Pay as you go with a Home Equity Line of Credit. Take comfort in knowing your money's there when you need it - easily accessible with checkwriting capability. For a limited time we're offering an introductory rate of 3.99% APR*.

Home Equity Loan

We offer closed-end Home Equity Loans (also know as a 2nd mortgage) at terms at either 5, 10 or 15 years. You choose.

Minimum loan is $10,000. Up to 90% loan-to-value ratio available.

*Introductory fixed rate through first 6 months is 3.99% APR, then a variable rate as low as Prime +0 with a floor of 5% APR. Index is 5.00% as of April 30, 2008. The Index is the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. Rates are subject to change monthly and the maximum interest rate is 18%. The rate may increase after the consummation of the loan.
